PERSPECTIVE BY PHARRELL AND DOMEAU & PERES

Pharrell Williams has teamed up with furniture designer Domeau & Pérès to create this chair called Perspective. According to Pharrell who designed the chair, Perspective represents the love between a woman and a man. He says: "I had often wondered what it's like to truly be in love, not lust for once.. So I decided not to ask what it was like in someone else's shoes or what it was like to sit in their seat.. I decided to sketch out my own experiment; the perspective chair." Perspective will come in several colors with only four chairs per color being sold. If you want to check out the chair in person, you will find it showcased at the Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin in Paris from October 21st 2008 until January 10th 2009.

MARC JACOBS - ANDY WARHOL

Marc himself channels none other than Andy Warhol for Interview magazine. The images are utterly compelling; Marc sports a new crimson coif and you can see his many tattoos. Most of the images see him dressed in drag and killer high heels.

BURBERRY DROPPED AGYNESS DEYN BECAUSE SHE'S TOO FAMOUS?

Photo: Courtesy of Burberry

Agyness Deyn has been dropped from the Burberry campaigns for reportedly being too famous. According to the U.K.'s Metro, photographer Mario Testino, Burberry's "advertising visionary," is sick of seeing her face, a "checked-cap mole" said:
She was just a flash in the pan. Last year she was quirky but now she is challenging [Kate] Moss in the fame stakes by positioning herself everywhere. That kind of popularity just hasn't sat well with Mario, who is looking for something different. Deyn's rumored replacement is 21-year-old Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, last seen on the arm of Christopher Bailey at the Met's Costume Institute gala.

‘V’ MAGAZINE'S NAKED-MODEL SPREAD

Photo: Courtesy of V

The latest issue of V magazine features a racy spread with some of IMG's up-and-coming and star models, photographed by Mario Sorrenti. Jessica Stam, Liya Kebede, Sasha Pivovarova, Miranda Kerr, Hana Soukupova, and Hilary Rhoda all appear nude. For European mags a pair of bare breasts is as unremarkable as a Kanye West wearing silly shades. But in American mags bare nips are like $200 Christian Louboutins popping up at the Barneys' sample sale — a truly rare occurrence. But V may as well be throwing 70 pairs of $200 Loubs at us, because they don't just show blurry nipples, they've got full-frontal, white-sheet-writhing madness. And, oddly enough, it doesn't come across as gratuitous. Maybe Americans are finally becoming okay with nudity and the trend will trickle up to bigger publications. Have a look for yourself after the jump (NSFW). And some clothed pics follow the nudies.thed pics follow the nudies.

KARL LAGERFELD + BRAD KOENIG

Photos by Jimi Celeste for Patrick McMullan

Karl Lagerfeld has spent the better part of the last five years photographing Ford model Brad Koenig for projects ranging from gallery shows to ad campaigns. But that's just the beginning. They've also rendezvoused each month to shoot Brad as any number of fictional characters and real-life icons, i.e. James Dean, Rudolph Valentino and Lieutenant Pinkerton from Madame Butterfly. Proving the shelf life of a model doesn't have to be short, Karl has now compiled those images of the Missouri native in a book, Metamorphoses of an American (Steidl), which he launched last Friday at Pace/MacGill gallery.

LAGERFELD WANTS FRANCES BEAN COBAIN FOR CHANEL?

Karl Lagerfeld reportedly wants Frances Bean Cobain to star in the next Chanel ad campaign. The 15-year-old daughter of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love doesn't look like a typical model, but she's already appeared in several "upmarket" American magazines.
